Saturday Morning Coffee...Saturday Morning Blog! - 02/28/09 01:21 PM
It's Saturday morning, I'm having my cup of coffee and sitting at my computer catching up.  The sun is shining, although barely, and I'm looking out my office window at the remnants of the snow on the ground.  I'm drawn to AR to see what's new.  I enjoy catching up on "my groups" and learning what my fellow colleagues are up to or what they're feeling right now.  It's a nice time to sit and relax a bit and...blog!
Sitting down having a cup of coffee and blogging some time away...what better way to start your Saturday?

Here I Go Again~! - 02/24/09 03:24 PM
There isn't enough time.  I need more time!  As a working mom, and Real Estate Agent, who is efficient, organized...ok whatever.  This morning was crazy!  I was preparing for a meeting, dropped off my daughter at school and was waiting to hear if I was to close a deal I had been working on.  CRAZY!  I need more time.  It's hard to find extra time and not hard to feel a little stressed.  Whew!  The day has started, has evolved to midday and quickly flying by.  Here I go again.
I have answered my emails and eaten lunch at my desk.  The phone rings, I'm texting a … (4 comments)

Oh What a Night! - 02/09/09 05:44 PM
Oh, what a night! The Fur Ball 2009, held at the SEL Event Center this past Saturday night was a huge success! Beginning with the Yappy Hour, guests were treated to a meaningful soiree benefitting the AnimalHaven.
With over 360 people attending, not including volunteers, it was a SOLD OUT crowd. Volunteers included the Celebrity Servers that did a wonderful job walking around the many tables serving guests. It was a much larger event than last year, and according to Connie, at the Whitman County Humane Society Office, the guests that attended gave very generously.
The Celebrity of the evening was … (2 comments)

Get Ready, Get Set, Go! - 02/06/09 06:44 PM
Are we ready?  I think so.  It's time for buyers to make their move in this market and venture into looking for a home.  With Pending Home Sales posting an increase of 6.3%...it could mean things are picking up. This information comes from the National Association of Realtors who stated that this increase in number is better than what economists had expected.  Yeah! Now, of course, we need to move cautiously as the Senate tentatively passed the new Stimulus package, but it's a start and I'm ready to get set and GO!
On our front we've seen a steady increase in interest, … (2 comments)

The Key to Buyer Loan Success - 02/03/09 11:51 PM
We had our monthly luncheon for our local Realtor Association today.  The guest speakers for the meeting were a group of lenders from our area who offered a Lenders Forum about the current lending market.  It was incredibly direct, informational, and almost stark in delivery as the main topic was the daily change in criteria for a loan, and the added steps buyers might go through as they launch into the process of obtaining a loan.  The key point in their information was that having a Credit Score of 740 or above is key for buyers to procure an ideal interest rate for their mortgage.  In addition to … (0 comments)

Dash Out and Find A Home for Dash! - 02/02/09 10:21 PM
Calling all Pullman, WA and Moscow , ID Residents!!  Dash, the resident Pullman/Moscow Airport Siamese Cat, is looking for a home.  How many of us have been to the Pullman/Moscow Airport and rushed in, retrieved our ticket and sat down when we've been greeted by Dash, the Cat.  It looks like Dash will not be allowed in the airport anymore due to concerns that it could cause health issues for some of the passenger...so now we need to find Dash a home.  It's sad for travellers, employees and guests of the Airport as we have come to enjoy the playful gestures brought on … (2 comments)
