MUELLER WINS ABA TOURNEY ON CANDLEWOOD LAKE

Paul Mueller from Southbury is one step closer to the ABA National Championship with a first place win and $463 in an American Fishing Tour bass tournament held on Candlewood Lake this past weekend. Mueller's five-bass limit weighed in at 13.35 pounds, anchored by 3.9-pound smallmouth that turned out to be the biggest bass in the tournament.
Second place went to Chris Bielert with a weight of 13.10 pounds, while Jason Martinelli took third with 11.70 pounds.
