C2 Lofts is getting close to moving in buyers into this very cool development located on the West side of Summerlin.There are a few units left if you are interested. C2 Lofts has a new project on the horizon located just east of Desert Shores so more units are coming from Christopher Homes.These guys have built a very cool property by Vegas standards. The Las Vegas Market continues to grow and contract with new developers starting to build and other developers closing their doors. The latest causalties are Las Vegas Central and Sandhurst Las Vegas. Both developments along with a few others have been quiet for a very long time.
Las Vegas Central was just bought out of foreclosure and Sandhurst Las Vegas quietly shut down.
On the positive end, The Verge has started taking reservations on their development located on Bonaza and Main Street. This development looks promising based on their build time and building process.
