If it hasn’t already happened, it won’t be long before everyone is sick of hearing about how great online video is. For the record, as co-founder of a video production company, I think the stampede to capture, edit and share video content is fantastic.
 
 
That statement however, comes with a very large caveat.  Whether you are a brand new or long established business, if you are looking to put video content online, proceed with caution.

For all of you tech junkies out there, especially in the video world, today and tomorrow is a nice opportunity to see what's up and coming in the industry. DV Expo East is here in NY this weekend at the Westin Times Square Hotel.

Just a quick question for any of our professionals out there, but especially our RE agents and brokers:If you were to pay for a video production, which would appeal to you more...being included in an onscreen interview, or having a professional VO (male/female) instead?  Take a look at the samples and let me know what you prefer.

My business partner (Lathe Poland) and I had a meeting recently with a client we have worked with for over a year. The topic was how we could be integrated more consistently into their day to day business. Normally this would not be noteworthy, but in this case it was the client who started the dialogue with us.
For those of you who may not know, we run a video production firm that caters to luxury exclusives.  As of January 1st we have begun traveling outside of the Northeast, offering our service nationally.
