How often is it that you attend a training and actually walk out of it an hour and a half later thinking--"I wished it lasted longer, I wasn't finished yet?" Never? I recently had the privledge of attending the Century 21 Conference in Myrtle Beach, SC (tough huh?). During the conference I attended the training on Working your Sphere of Influence. It was so informative, fun, and made you think outside the box. It covered basics, techniques, and example scenarios. How easy it is to forget all those that we come in contact with on a daily basis. I look forward to using what I learned to become a "Master"!

Suggestion: Write down all the people you meet and greet on a daily basis for an entire week to see the unbelievable amount of people at your fingertips! Now, how many actually know that you are an agent? Food for thought!! :)

Realizing that open houses are viewed as a waste of time by many, but not all of us...

Century 21 Cherie Schulz Realty Firm will be participating in the Nationwide Century 21 Franchise Open House Campaign this weekend, October 6th & 7th. I will be holding an open house Saturday, October 6th from 3-6:00 pm at 1169 Onslow Pines Road.
