This is a great tool that we have been using for a long time.  It is a convertible cart/dolly.  It is great for use in a urban environment (condos).  You can lay it flat and haul totes or use it upright and haul tall items.

This is another job that On Stage worked on in the Pearl district in Portland.  This is a small studio condo that is small in size, but huge on style.  The agent was not sure how much furniture you could actually show in this unit.  By using small-scaled, visually light furniture, we were able to pull off getting enough seating for 6 people.  By using two ottomans under the console table in the entry.  When staging a property, I feel you need to give prospective buyers an idea of just how much seating you can get into a small space by … (10 comments)

Everyone seems to have this table.  It is the $19.99 IKEA small round table.  DON"T BE AFRAID TO PAINT THEM.  We recently set a child's bedroom and painted the tables orange.  What a difference it made.

IT SOLD.... after a realtively short time (5 months) for $2.1 Million - 07/07/09 03:57 PM
Our largest project has finally sold, and the developer is VERY HAPPY.  This was a great project for us to work on as a team.  Normally, we each work on a project from start to finish, but when we get a large project like this, we always have a lot of fun trying out new ideas and finding out if it is just too weird or if thinking out of the box actually worked out.  And the best part is that a lot of GREAT INVENTORY has come back home!  THIS IS ANOTHER ON STAGE SUCCESS STORY.  FOR MORE INFORMATION, CHECK … (10 comments)

What a FUN RE DESIGN - 07/01/09 06:47 PM
Yeah... The before photos look awful, but the owner was in the middle of reducing the amount of things in the house, and the living room was the dumping point, so I would like to say that the client lived like this, but that is not the case.  This photo just makes the before and after more dramatic.  We did bring in a few items: plant, rug, art on the wall and the bench/coffee table....
