Went on an appointment for a mid-century house with a favorite agent.  The homewoner was an older gentleman that had lost his wife and was wandering around in this too-big-for-him house.  I met with the "approval" committee and figured out what needed to be done with the house ON A TIGHT BUDGET!!!  After an hour of touring and listening to everyone, it was decided that a few major changes needed to take place.  Since the potential buyers were going to be in theri early 30' s we needed to create a "HIP PAD".  The three things that were decided on were … (18 comments)

It seems like a long time since I have posted anything, but we have been staging, and so things are a little backed-up in the AR posting dept.  This listing is a home that we staged FOR RENT.  This client has had us stage many prioperties for her in the pat and all have sold in a short period of time (3 weeks or less) with multiple offers on each.  Since we take before photos with an inexpensive camera and the after photos with our nice camera, the end reslults are: the photos are two different sizes, so it makes it … (12 comments)

home stager portland: IT SOLD.... after a realtively short time (5 months) for $2.1 Million - 07/07/09 03:57 PM
Our largest project has finally sold, and the developer is VERY HAPPY.  This was a great project for us to work on as a team.  Normally, we each work on a project from start to finish, but when we get a large project like this, we always have a lot of fun trying out new ideas and finding out if it is just too weird or if thinking out of the box actually worked out.  And the best part is that a lot of GREAT INVENTORY has come back home!  THIS IS ANOTHER ON STAGE SUCCESS STORY.  FOR MORE INFORMATION, CHECK … (11 comments)
