on stage success: our 1.2 million Foreclousure SOLD IN 21 DAYS!!!!! - 01/28/10 12:01 PM
"WOW..." is what our agent told us on the phone when she told us of the great news.  We staged this property in the dead of winter (Dec 18).  This was a FABULOUS property, that needed a little love.  There were a few obstacles that the agent saw in her eyes such as mis-matched wood tones and a little bit of an akward layout.  We addressed these "obstacles" and made them positives.  This is another On Stage success story.  Here are the photos:

on stage success: Were on a Roll... It's PENDING.... - 08/14/09 01:54 PM
This is another On Stage job that is now sale pending.  This condo unit is in a neighborhood that has an abundance of units for sale.   This particular unit had an unusal layout and buyers were not able to see how the space could work for them.It took 8 weeks to sell, and our client is happy with the outcome. Here in Portland, things seem to be moving a little more.  Let's hope that things keep picking up. Here are a few after photos.

on stage success: IT SOLD.... after a realtively short time (5 months) for $2.1 Million - 07/07/09 03:57 PM
Our largest project has finally sold, and the developer is VERY HAPPY.  This was a great project for us to work on as a team.  Normally, we each work on a project from start to finish, but when we get a large project like this, we always have a lot of fun trying out new ideas and finding out if it is just too weird or if thinking out of the box actually worked out.  And the best part is that a lot of GREAT INVENTORY has come back home!  THIS IS ANOTHER ON STAGE SUCCESS STORY.  FOR MORE INFORMATION, CHECK … (11 comments)
