This listing was showing it's age and when vacant, IT REALLY SHOWED ITS AGE. The owners had moved out and downsized and were ready to set there home of many yeras free to new owners. Their agent was referred to ON STAGE to showcase this higher end listing. Although dated, this property has a lot to offer and wby utilizing more contemporary furnishings, the feel of the property was more updated. EYECANDY... Ever heard of it? The little accessories that can make an "OK" home POP. You can never have enough accessories.. I have been building my "STASH" for over 6 years. Buying a few at a time as I could afford them. These little "GEMS" can give your home that little needed extra, that will make the buyers fall in love with a property. There is an art to arranging these accessories. Just setting something down on a tabletop is not enough. Ask yourself or another co-worker if something looks fine the way it is arranged.
