The price of Manufactured Homes or Mobile Homes have come down to almost ridiculous levels, enabling most retirees to just pay cash for the home and all they pay monthly is the Park or Resort Fee. Anywhere from 500 to 700 a month for the higher end resorts, you get world class amenities that rival 5 star resorts anywhere in the world. Prices on the homes have been hit hard by the Real Estate bust, with availability of really nice homes for under 25,000 and many in the 15,000 range.
