My terrific job over the last 20 years has been mostly in finding homes in San Clemente for people who come here from all over the United States.  The reasons that they come here to San Clemente are many.
Most come here to live near a new job they have just taken in Orange County's robust economy. 
Some come here because they are retiring and some just want a second home where it is warm and near the ocean; perhaps one that they can rent for a while and then, after a few years, move into and live out their retirement … (3 comments)
