Happy 2008 to you.  Glad to be on this side of holidays, hope everyone had a good one and let's hope for a great 2008.  Sorry for the delay in the November numbers.  Here they go:

11 new homes went on the market in November

5 homes sold in November, 10 sold in Nov 2006

The average days on the market is 127, it was 134 in Nov 2006

On November 2007, there were 117 for sale in Madison.  Selling 5 per month it may take a little time to get this inventory down.  I'll keep you informed when the December numbers are in.
