The October numbers are in for Culpeper County, Virginia.
  There are currently 816 houses listed for sale.  Last month 160 houses joined the ranks as listed.  27 Homes were sold in October, down from 44 in 2006.  There were 41 homes listed under contract in October.  People on average are getting … (0 comments)
