More good news for Orlando home sellers! The market inventory is shrinking. There were over 1,700 closed sales for the month of January. An increase of 66% from a year ago. The 17th consecutive month where we've seen more sales than a year ago! Though homes are more affordable, there are less to choose from. It's taking much less time to sell a home in Orlando.
