rental prop investing: Real Estate Investing vs. Stock Market Meltdown! - 11/24/08 05:43 PM

Wouldn't you like to have a better place for your IRA or Retirement Account??? Real Estate has been around since the beginning of time and always appreciates over time! The Stock Market just evaporated about 11 years of "gains" in a few months????
