Bellevue Waterfront Homes - 11/13/07 10:10 PM
Bellevue waterfront homes are incredible.  Located on either Lake Washington or Lake Sammamish, Bellevue waterfront homes offer both the convenience of the city and the beauty of the country.
One would be unable to find a Bellevue waterfront home that is not universally recognized as gorgeous.  Typically built at over 3,000 square feet (and oftentimes at 4, 5, 6, or 7,000), these houses embody the qualities most people have only dreamed of in a house.  Bellevue waterfront homes are usually covered in windows, allowing residents to watch beautiful sunrises over Lake Sammamish or the purple sunsets and sparkling Seattle lights over … (0 comments)

Issaquah homes for sale - 11/13/07 10:07 PM

Sammamish Waterfront Homes - 11/13/07 10:03 PM
Sammamish waterfront homes are the best of the best.  They boast the most beautiful neighborhood in one of the most desirable cities in the state.   Residents of Sammamish waterfront homes are living their dreams (or, at the very least, living in their dreams).
Located on the east side of Lake Sammamish, these houses are in the heart of quiet, tranquil nature, while still being minutes away from the city's amenities.  Unlike Lake Washington to the west, Lake Sammamish is not always noisy with ferries, crowded bridges, and other activities.  Lake Sammamish truly is an oasis in the middle of a … (0 comments)

I have been reading the Bellingham Herald for years.  Watching the news and listening to people talk about how bad the Bellingham real estate market is.  So I thought I would take this opportunity to vent and share some facts.
Here is the bottom line!  Bellingham homes are still selling and the average selling prices are up for the year.  So where is all of the fear and drama coming from?   The biggest problem we have is that there are 3 times the amount of homes on the market compared to 2 years ago.
The secret to selling a home in the … (1 comments)
