I have been working with a very nice couple from Staten Island that is looking for a sprawling ranch in Middletown. They must have at least 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage, basement, gas heat, public sewer and water and a nice yard to accommodate a vegetable garden. They love the neighborhoods of Oak Hill and Lincroft but would consider other areas of town. I am sure Chapel Hill, River Plaza and New Monmouth would also work for them as long as they would be close to the Train Station, Route 35 and not too far from the Parkway. … (2 comments)
