I have a Palm treo and was always unhappy with Internet Explorer for Windows 6 mobile. I read about Skyfire in the most recent issue of realtor mag and thought why now give it a try. I went to Skyfire's website and watched a video about Skyfire and thought that this could be really cool.
So I downloaded it to my phone, it was seemless and it promted me immediately to sink my Facebook & Twitter profiles. Everything worked perfectly. If you are unsatisfied with IE mobile give Skyfire a try.

Are you looking for more response from your blog posts? Over the last several months we have notice 3 topics that have had an enormous response, in both clicks and direct contact.
$8000 tax credit- Any post that has to do with the $8000 tax credit get a huge response. One post alone had over 1500 views and 1300 click. That ratio of clicks to views was astonishing to me.

We are seeing a new phenomina lately when it comes to offers on homes. It is called "That is what I want to pay" Generally when a buyer wants to make an offer his or her agent will show the buyer recent comparable sales to help substanciate the sellers asking and to give them the appropriate information to make an offer.

Builder magagzine has ranked 75 housing markets across the country and Kansas City has been ranked 24th. The publication worked with Hanley wood Market Intelligence to compile the report.
Kansas City was marked as having a small 1% in job growth and only a 5.9% reduction in prices year over year.
This report shows what we have know all along, that Kansas City in comparison to other major markets never hits the highs but also never hit the lows either. We just keep a steady pace.

Are you looking to build a new home in Overland Park? According to new home building permits that would be a big fat no. Since the first of the year there has only been 1 new building permit filed in Overland Park. It is generally slow in the winter months but not 1 single permit was filed in the month of February.
So what does this mean if you are a new home buyer? It means that builders are trying to lower their inventory of new homes and that they are not going to build many or any on spec (speculation).
