Regency by the Lake in Overland Park Kansas is one of those few subdivisions that has been completely unaffected by the downturn in the real estate market. There seems to be 2 reasons for this, it's incredible location next to Lionsgate and the Lakewood Elementary and middle schools and its affordability.
