Daytona Beach Post Office Processing Operations To Be Consolidated in Lake Mary  The US Post Office processing and distribution activities now performed at the Bill France Blvd. facility are being merged with the Mid-Florida Post Office in Lake Mary. One result of the consolidation will be that outgoing mail deposited in Daytona Beach Area mailboxes will no longer receive a Daytona Beach Postmark. Ormond By The Sea Florida Homes sold 2010 Through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Association Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 183 Ormond By The Sea, Florida homes sold in 2010.  Lenders were involved in 67 (37%) of the sales, either a short sale or foreclosure. The highest priced home sold was a 2 bedroom on John Anderson Dr for $870,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom 1 bath on River Dr.   for $42,500.  The number of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes sold in 2010 was higher than recent years and the highest volume since 2005 when there were 277 sales.
