Here is a great tutorial by Craig Daniels that may help some of you with your comment follow-ups. Acknowledging and repaying each commenter with a comment on their blog is good ActiveRain etiquette.

Meet the Haberl boys of Huntington Beach
My daughter Sue in Huntington Beach California always said she would never have kids because she did not wish to go through what my wife and I went through as parents. Eventually she realized the error of her thinking and now she and her husband Chris Haberl have given us 2 beautifull grandsons, Jake and Max. Too bad they are on the left coast and I am on the right coast. Thanks to Skype for helping with that problem.

The Aid and Attendance Special Pension benefit was designed for those who need the Aid and Attendance of another person in performing their daily living activities, are severely visually impaired; or are permanently housebound.This is a tax free benefit for senior veterans and their spouses. My understanding of this means tested benefit is that all wartime veterans over 65 years old qualify as long as the medical necessity is present. Six (6) of the sales had bank involvement, either a short sale or foreclosure. Additionally, there are 37 homes under contract waiting closing and 24 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 4 bedroom on Eloise Circle for $280,000 and the lowest priced was a 2-bedroom 1 bath on Hibiscus Drive for $66,000.

That number is consistent with the 2010 average of 5.5 sales each month and is higher than February 2009 and 2010 during which there were only 2 sales each. There are also 12 condos under contract pending sales closing and 5 of those involves a lender.
