New Watering Restrictions for Ormond Beach Florida   Lawn and landscape irrigation in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach and the rest of Volusia County will have new restrictions in place next month. Beginning November 6, 2011 new watering restrictions take effect for the 18 counties within the jurisdiction of the St. Johns River Water Management District. Watering is only allowed before 10 AM or after 4 PM and when daylight savings time ends watering is only allowed 1 day per week.   Are there any other husbands out there who are hollered at by their wife? Silly question I suppose, but there is now a solution to one of the problems I have that makes the boss mad.
 
While working on the home computer, I frequently print documents and set them on the counter so I won't forget to bring them to the office. The boss doesn't like having "stuff" on the counter and frequently lets me know her feelings about the stuff laying around.     Of the 44 Ormond By The Sea Florida homes sold in the 3rd Quarter 2011, 12 involved the lender as either a short sale or foreclosure, less than 30%. A major factor contributing to the strengthening of the condo market is the availability of financing. Over the past several months financing for condo purchases has become more obtainable whereas previously it was almost impossible. Some condo financing programs may require a slightly higher rate (1%) but at the current low interest rates that is still a great rate.
