Several cars had pulled off the road onto the grass in front of the building.As I opened the slider a guy was screaming at me to get out quick- The building was on fire! Additionally, there are 41 homes under contract waiting closing and 16 of those have lender involvement. The highest priced home sold was a 3 bedroom on Ocean Shore Blvd for $500,000 and the lowest priced was a 3-bedroom 2 bath on River Shore Rd for $88,100.

Saturday night at the Red Sox game  Saturday Night we went to the Red Sox game at Tropicana Field.  
My son Scott and his wife Veronica went joined me on the 3 ½ hour ride across the state to see the Red Sox play the Tampa Bay Rays.  We had a hotel room and returned home Sunday morning.Following the long ride our party time began at Ferg’s sports bar which is a short walk to the game.  The hotel shuttle provided our transportation to and from the game so we were taking no chances with drinking and driving.  We were … (12 comments)
