    Ormond By The Sea, Florida Condos for sale by price range September 30, 2011   With only 10% of the condos for sale being foreclosures or short sales the impact on the market appears to be minimized. A major factor contributing to the strengthening of the condo market is the availability of financing. Over the past several months financing for condo purchases has become more obtainable whereas previously it was almost impossible. Some condo financing programs may require a slightly higher rate (1%) but at the current low interest rates that is still a great rate.
