I don't know about you, but for me, one of the frustrating things about real estate has been which database to use.
When I came into the business, I was fortunate enough to have a very large Sphere of Influence.  At the time, I had been using a database designed for large churches.  Obviously, that wasn't going to work for real estate, so off I went looking for a new database.

Do you spend time checking more than one email account?
Did you know that the typical real estate agent usually has more than one email address?  When I got into real estate, I was given one by our MLS board and one by my company.  I already had my private one and I also had one through my website.  That's four email addresses!
