Self regulation - cooperation within the industry in order to protect commission rates, control discount attempts to influence the real estate industry and keep "Zillow" like websites from confusing consumers...
Okay, that's my definition, but you get the point.

In our area, Cox Cable has a channel dedicated to Realtors called "Go Scout Homes."  For $100 a month per listing, you can put up three pics and a description of the home you are selling.  They do the voice over and build a template with your picture.  It's pretty cool … (3 comments)
