Call Steve Olson, 417-619-4523 Springfield, MO for Piano Restoration, Rebuild and Refinishing - 01/28/10 05:13 PM
Eariler I wrote a post about the Hammond Organ I am wondering what TO-DO with.
Every story has a part II, so as the saga continues here is the next part of my dilemma:
Daughter-in-law has a piano she wants kept in the family, just not at her house.  I would prefer to have the piano over the organ primary b/c it is important to Kelly and I like the wood finish on the piano vs the painted black console of the organ.
My thought was how hard can it be to fine a tuner type person and trade (barter) the organ … (3 comments)

Call Jerry Pettjohn 417-883-2745 for questions on Organ Service and Repair, Springfield, MO - 01/28/10 04:11 PM

I don't have to tell you how thrilled my Hubby was to get to bring it home.
I don't really want or need an organ BUT..... I did play when I was younger and thought my sister might like to have this at her house for her girls.  (Wrong- - note to self, call first before moving any heavy objects)

The metal has been delivered and the frame is going up!

I am so excited with how much has gotten done today.   It will be fun to see the reaction of church members when they get to services this evening.  Last time we met there was just a big pile of beams on the ground.  It is coming along!--  cw

BBQ Station, Cassville MO phone 847-0470 - 01/06/10 03:48 PM
I was out and about today.
Good friend and peer Linda Thompson of Thompson Realstate from Cassville joined me for lunch.

I think next time I am in the area, I will order the loaded baked potato.
The BBQ Station is open Tue-Thur from 11-2pm   and on  … (3 comments)
