I asked the agent an update on that pre-foreclosure. And she said if seller sells at or above list price by next month, the sale will go through because the foreclosure date is not until November 2017. However, there was no mention of this in the confidential remarks. It seems that this should be material fact.

alameda home for sale: A good photographer makes a HUGE difference --- OpenHomesPhotography designed craigslist posting, and more
- 03/09/12 08:05 AM
My photographer is amazing. Although my listing is not a multi-million dollar listing like many that he works with, he gives a level of service that blows me away. He offers so many packages that include website, brochure, etc. I opted to have a dedicated and address-specific website along with the photos.OpenHomesPhotography is my go-to company. alameda home for sale: Advantage: Advertising a listing as NOT an REO, NOT a short sale

With all the challenges we face in showing properties and writing offer on REOs (real estate or bank-owned) and short sales, it is becoming increasingly refreshing to see an ad that says a listing is NOT and REO or NOT a short sale. Two of the counter offers came back, and countered at higher prices at almost $100,000 over list price --- and they were only $1,000 apart! The sellers are overjoyed. And so am I. The offers are over what they (1 comments)
alameda home for sale: 70-80 groups (again) at first open house! And I owe it to the internet
- 08/24/09 07:33 PM
WHAM! I must have had 70-80 groups of people who came through my open house this past Sunday. So I did an impromptu survey to ask them how they heard about the open house. ONLINE MARKETING RULES! The numbers validate why it's so important to get your listing online: 80-85% said they saw my listing on the internet Some were sent by their agents. And the rest are curious neighbors. Pictures. Videos. When I asked why they picked this particular house to visit, all of them said they liked the pictures. Others said they liked the fact that there was a (18 comments)
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, year built: 1924 sq.ft.:803 sq ft per public records (does not include bonus room) $450,000 Comfy, cozy, unassuming bungalow has evolved through the years to accommodate the needs of members of the owner's household. The front porch was enclosed to so that the owner had a place to give piano lessons. The detached garage was converted into a room with its own bath, so that another member of the household had more private quarters. The dining room was used as a bedroom, but can be easily restored into a dining room. (0 comments)
