Ladera Ranch

Here is some basic info on Ladera Ranch

Ladera Ranch is a master planned community bounded by rancho mission viejo convienntly only 5 miles from the beach. Ladera Ranch can be accessed off of the Ortega Highway and Antonio Parkway which backs up to the California National Forest. Ladera Ranch is bordered by the communities of Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano and Aliso Viejo. The John Wayne Airport is approx 15 minutes, LAX is approx 45 minutes away. San Diego is a commute of approx 40 minutes.

I have lived in the community for over 5 years and we love the especially because the area is very family oriented with lots of events such as the taste of ladera http://www.tasteofladera.com/.

Links for the community include

http://www.laderalife.com/

http://www.capousd.org/schools/chpes.htm

http://www.simon.com/mall/default.aspx?ID=239

Please contact me for any needs in the South county area.

On a non business note I'm very or as we say back home "wicked" excited on the start my Red Sox have gotten off to.

Ed Colon

ed@edcolon.com

I'm New

Thanks to those for their comments and pointers following my first Blog. I plan on attending as many classes as I can and I'll worry about the designations later on down the line. Luckily I've partnered with an experienced team of Agents to lead me along the way. So far i have done one listings which i generated from a coworker and I seem to be getting a few more leads as I let my sphere of influence know that I am in the Real Estate Business.

The hard part and I'm sure this is nothing new to experienced agents is how to get the word out but not seem too pushy or repeat yourself over and over again. Like anyhting else it's a learning process. So far i am having some luck as i have one possible buyer and from this person i have one and possibly two additional buyers leads so far.

The bad news is I am a diehard Red sox fan and this weekend was brutal for us. We were swept all five games at Fenway by the Bleepin Yankees.

Yes I'm new !

The title should explain it, yes I'm a new Agent and where do I begin. There are too many things to think about, what classes should i take, Crs ,Gri E pro am i running out of letters ?

Who do i hit up for my first Clients ? Relatives, my current coworkers if i am still working in another line of work and starting out in Real Estate part time. Depite what all of my friends and coworkers may think, Real Estate does take work and unfortunately it is not as easy as the general public thinks to get rich.

I am working at it very hard, it is a timely process, but it is worth the effort !

I will continue to update my progress in my Learning the business experience.
