Glad the days are getting warmer and the daylight is hanging around a bit later these days. It is hard being a real estate agent in the Northeast US during those short winter days. Why not provide top notch service and gain a reputation for honesty rather than tricking someone into something that provides them with some iffy guarantees? I was recently asked if my Broker matched a program being offered by a competitor in my market. I reviewed the offer on the competitor's website and found some very specific criteria that had to be met in order to qualify.
