Where are Americans Moving?
This interactive map on Forbes.com is one of the coolest things I have seen in awhile.  It shows the migration both into and out of individual counties (or parishes in the case of Louisiana!).  
Don't worry about the 9 city buttons located on the side of the map just go ahead and click on any county in the country.  From there click on the blue counties highlighted and it will give you the number of inbound and outbound migration. Data is from 2008 and based on information from Data.gov.

The Kent Plantation House is one of the oldest standing structures in Louisiana.  It was completed in 1800 and sits on the original land grant from the King of Spain to Pierre Baillio II.

I ordered my I-Pad from Apple in time to lock up the unlimited data plan...on June 6, 2010! I thought it would be shipped immediately and I would receive within 3 - 5 days thereafter!
Well then I got word that it's estimated ship date would be June 21! So sad!

It's kind of a joke with some of my sub-contractors. When I pull up at a house, sometimes they'll call out, "Hey Paige, do you have a ....socket wrench in that trunk of yours?"

When you read through the Code of Ethics you realize that alot of the words are common sense..words that basically say treat others how you would want to be treated.
The Code of Ethics that we use as Realtors has also been mirrored by many other organizations.

Let me first say I know this isn't about Real Estate, however, we all need to take a break sometimes!
Me, I am an avid cruiser! I love going on Caribbean cruises...East and West with my family and friends. However, this is my first Alaskan Cruise! We are going on Royal Caribbean out of Seattle WA. Stopping in Skagway and Juneau Alaska and also Victoria BC, cruising thru the inside passage.
It is suppose to be the ideal time for spotting whales....I hope so!
