Are you Aware that FACEBOOK just launched a new FEATURE called Facebook Places. It's a location based service that allows you to check-in using a mobile phone! It will then post your location to FACEBOOK.
Why would you want this? They say it would allow you to see what FACEBOOK FRIENDS are close by at any given time.
Sounds like it might be a lot of fun.....but what about the bad guys?
I'm not too sure I want EVERYONE to know when I am away from home! I know for sure I wouldn't want my children to use this FEATURE!

Did you know that the Greek word used here for Patient actually means "taking a long time to boil"?
Very interesting when you are aware of the true meaning!
If you think about it as you are boiling a pot of water for that pasta.  When you turn the heat up the water will boil more quickly and when you turn it down you can keep the water from boiling at all.

Ever wondered which Condos are APPROVED for FHA financing? Not sure how to find the answer?
This is the official goto site to find the answer:

I have found that when searching this site, it is sometimes easier to pull up by CITY and then skim through the list. That way you see all the condos in a particular city. Every once in a while the name will be a little different than what you thought.

There are many good reasons to carry a credit card:
Convenience Earn Points/Money for future purchases Security Online Purchases Track Spending and more! Of course if you don't pay off your balance every month then you are being hit with the interest.....and that's where it begins!

Someone EXPLAIN IT TO ME!!!
This week-end in Central LA as in other areas of this country it was HOT!!!
Our temp this week-end was around 105 deg.....but the Weather Man kept stating it will FEEL LIKE 115 degrees!!!
Well if it's going to FEEL like 115 degrees isn't that what it really is????
I mean if it feels like 115 and your body is going to react as though it's 115 and your giving out precautions based on it feeling like 115. Why don't we just say it's 115?

I'm amazed when going thru our MLS at some of the pictures agents use!
You have to wonder - is that the Best It Can Be??
Here is what I see:
Dishes piled up in the Kitchen Piles of papers laying on the counters and tables Clothes laying on the floor and on beds In the bathroom... Clutter on the cabinets, Toilet seats left up, Bathtubs with 10 bottles of shampoo You get the picture....well why not make it your best. Afterall we want prospective Buyers to be looking at the home ... not the junk!
