Five years ago just having a website at all was a way to differentiate yourself from other real estate agents or brokers.  But now, everybody has a website. The fact that you also have one no longer does anything to set you apart from the crowd. When the prospective buyer or seller begins browsing through the dozens of realty websites in your area, how do you get their attention?  How do you make them "stick" to your site instead of continuing their search through the long list of Realtors that resulted from their Google search?

Adding a 'benefit' to your name can make a big difference!
There's a tendency in the real estate world to focus too much on the individual. It's very common to see a realtor's photograph and name plastered on bus benches, newspapers, and on websites. It's not so common to see the photograph or name associated with clear benefits.
