Ok so I am listening to my favorite radio show in Los Angeles, 99.5 KKLA, actually he almost beats Cable TV in getting the news out fast..
Now I hear the latest missle shot from the Obama Care and this is really unbelievable...Did you know that the small business that hires new employees and does not provide health insurance gets a 8% tax charge.
So now guess what the Small Business Owners are thinking for 2010...I will not hire any new employees because I can not afford insurance in this economy so I better not expand my business with new employees … (9 comments)

I heard about this ministry through on line, it is in Orange County and they ship the food to you if you are not local to pick it up. THis is an awesome ministry that gives you about $60.00 worth of food for around $30.00. This helps many struggling americans that need assistance but are not completely broke a helping hand. Prayer Request for my Friend's Daughters - 09/26/09 09:14 PM
MY friend Gail left a note on my door telling me that her daughter's Gigi's best friend Lisa and her mother were in a car accident and her mother died and Gigi's friend is in the hospital in critical condition in St. Louis and then she left me another note telling me that her granddaughter's father needs emergency surgery tomorrow in Kansas and his name is Joe.  
 So Gail requested that I put out a prayer chain and I will also do one better than that I will add it on my blog of Christian realtors and more!

Yes, you will hear that you can get into a house with as little as 3-5% down from the Fianance Business but what does a buyer really need to buy a home in the South Bay and not get your offer rejected!
Well the current market place depends upon what neighborhood and type of home you are looking to buy.
Here are some examples of the current kinds of  Buyers that are successful in getting to purchase the home they want.

I was never one to get into Politics but this administration has scared most Americans that I speak to, this is not a change for the better. I never had strong feelings about Bush, I did like him and yes we all know he left a big debt but the fact that the Current President tripled our debt in 3 mos and planned this stimulus package with his cronies in Apollo 2 years ago and now has appointed more czars in 6 months than BUsh Administration did in 8 years is more than a change..

Yes, According to the London News, 1 Million people marched on Washington that are Fed Up Saturday 9-12-09! Did you see it on ABC, Nbc?  Oh they showed 1 view, and went out of their way to show the nasty signs. Did you see it on CNN-9 times, Fox News- 139 Times  Interesting Stats!

I can not wait to see the 6:00 news showing an ambulance delivering 55,000 pages of petitions against Governmment run healthcare to the White House this evening....Do you think if we hold our breath long enough we will see this deliver tonight..I seriously doubt it but at least we know that it will be delivered and they can try and sweep it under the rug for as long as we can but we will all know that they saw it.
