Recent Market conditions for Rancho Palos Verdes in the Los Verdes and Crest Community.
As you can see by the charts below the market statistics are based on homes in the Los Verdes and Crest Area up to $1,4999,999.00.
This sales and for sale chart runs from last May 2009 to the Current Market in July, 2010. This shows a drop in these home sales of 7%. The market is still strong and good financing is available with more friendly approvals then last years lending conditions.
