Here is the link to a great article that verifies what we have all been saying...The Buyers are back and we are seeing a great activity with mulitiple offers on many properties. I noticed that last week a Walteria property came on the market as a short sale and was bid up with 5 offers from High $300 to low $500K....Unbelievable but true.

Torrance market is up and stable for the latest sales statistics in the zip code of 90505. To make this chart I used homes with over 1400 square feet and sales prices from $800,000.00 to 4 Million.
This shows that even with the latest housing market media distress, the South Bay in the zip code of 90505 still has remained on the rise and stable for March of 2008.  This chart is great, it shows the market in your neighborhood from January 2007 to the present.
