I am hoping that we can help the Manhattan Declaration.org get the 1 Million signatures for this declaration.
It is bringing a great many faiths together for this worthy cause. Catholics, Christians and more.We must speak up and now is the time before we lose our rights and christian principals that this Nation was founded on. Already in just a short time they have collected 370,000 signatures. Now they are asking our help to go to our churches and organizations to help them collect more signatures.

Blessings all, We all need to learn not to live under the spirits of God's enemy. Last night at worship we were blessed with many words from the Lord.
One in particular that keeps us down on a daily basis is the spirit of low self esteem. 
 How many times do we look in the mirror and feel we are too pale, too fat, too skinny, too ugly, too wrinkly, (my favorite comparing my new lines and wrinkles on the eyes that make them droop)We look in the mirror at least Several times a day. What do we tell ourselves at that time?

2009 Postal Service Mailing Services Price Change

·         Prices for Postal Service mailing services - including First-Class Mail, Standard Mail, Periodicals (newspapers and magazines), Package Services (retail Parcel Post), and Special Services will be adjusted on Monday, May 11, 2009.
 
·         The price of a First-Class Mail stamp increases two cents to 44 cents.

Yes, you read this right. I predicted that the buyers who were still waiting needed to stop 6 months ago.

Why because it is a common known denominator in this down turned housing market that rates will go up when prices go down. Just as rates are going up now.
As a buyer in the South Bay you need to do the math and see that waiting is costing you money. Unless you can predict the interest rate future, it does not look like it is going down. Don't wait.
