As per the Daily Breeze, Real Estate has gone up in price 14.37% Finally, some real press that speaks what is really going on in this market.  The public needs to be educated on the 2008 Real Estate Market.
Prices are good, inventory is low.  Many sellers hearing the bad press of other areas decided not to list their properties for sale now.  This is causing a slow down in the South Bay Market.  The number of houses being sold is at an all time low.  The Sales Prices are at an all time high.
