 THe Supreme Court has now agreed to hear the appeal case against removing the Ten Commmandments from our government buildings or letting this group ad their own motto to the 5000 Buildings.

Palos Verdes market selling statistics for 2006-2007.  Townhouse/condos on the Palos Verdes Peninsula this includes Palos Verdes Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes.  Price per square foot selling prices in 4/06 Sold at 542.00 per sq.ft  in 10/06 reached a high of $607.00 per sq,ft  and currently the selling price for 06/07 is at 526.00 per sq.ft.  By the way 05/07 jumped up to $565.00 per square foot.  SO as you can see Palos Verdes is not dropping and the Real estate market is still great whether it is Estates, Starter Homes or Townhouses in Palos Verdes.

Little League has a sad day in San Pedro since the city lost it's lease on the field. San Pedro can boasts of the Major League Players of Pedro Guerrero,Jorge Bell and Sammy Sosa.  It's a good thing those little leaguers had a field to play in.  Gee what do you think San Pedro would have voted for?  Sammy Sosa or a new target parking lot?  Sammy would have gotten my vote. But then I would have voted for God, the Pledge of Allegiance and Apple Pie....

If you are self employed and file a schedule C always make sure you file electronically or if you mail your tax return send your return certified or receipt from the post office. I wish I would have done that. The statue of limitations on all audit tax returns are 3 years and according to the IRS I am just 2 mos. short of avoiding an audit. I am just so happy to know that my earned income credit in my affluent zip code may also be why I was flagged according to my tax advisor. Lovely. Well I am scrambling … (0 comments)

I just wanted to let you know that I have had fantastic results with treatment for my son's ADD at the ADD Treatment Center in Torrance.  No medicine and a great non- invasive treatment.  Neuro feedback is basically the children playing videogames with electrodes tapped to their scalp.  This process gives the chold points for each muscle that he exercises in their brain that needs to be stimulated.  It is a blessing from above. It is a process and you have to be dedicated to 30 mins. 3-4 days a week for 6-9 mos. but how do you put a price tag on your child's self esteem … (2 comments)

You can compare your individual school be it elementary,middle or high school  You can also search by zip codes and by cities.  You will find test scores and test results by School District, City and each individual school.
