Well here is the recent sales statistics for the Palos Verdes Peninsula through October,2009. It really looks like things are not that scary..Even for this time of year. We are expecting that we will have a W recovery with the next season of Foreclosures due any time and that should bring a slight dip and then it's up up up again..I am sticking with the Fox.news teams predictions and I have not been wrong yet...

AS you can see by the chart below, the sky is not yet falling in Palos Verdes Housing Market!
and it probably will not change much for 2008.  Calif. Association of Realtors predicting a 6-8% drop in 2008 and in all Los Angeles County Coastal Properties 12 % is projected.

I have a fantastic Ocean view condo that can not be duplicated on the location and view.
We lowered the price because my people want to sell to the lowest price penthouse. So every week, I get a call someone wants to write an offer.  Some weeks no offer.

As you will see by the chart below. Palos Verdes real estate prices are soaring even higher than 2006.
Yes, I was so surprised but you have to remember that our number of homes being sold are down by 20% but not the price of our homes.  I ran sales comparables from all zip codes of 90274 and 90275.  I put in the price range from 1Million to 4,999,999.00
