Here it is the latest statistics for the Breathtaking and Coean View Townhomes of Redondo Beach. It looks like the latest prices per square foot are running around $480.00 per square foot in the Area 156, South of Torrance and PCh in Redondo, depending upon your spectacular location or view the number of homes sold in April was 6 with the number for sale at 21. This does not compare to the high of 11 homes sold in August of 2007. It shows the Market is steady, stabile and on the rise.

This is an interesting study. I was just thinking last week, why did people instruct me to throw my old prescriptions down the comode?? Couldn't remember why, something about drugs becoming resistant if they were exposed thru trash and harming local wildlife??

This operation is not only very painful, and emotional that the least insurance companies can do is give these women 2 days in the hospital to recover. See the testimony from the nurse on how horrible and what bad condition these woman are sent home in after one day.

Now in California, it is a law that we have to make our clients aware of Private Real Estate Transfer Fees.
 What , never heard of them, either did I till last week, and I have been in residential for 28 years.
What are they?
A fee that is paid to the private party everytime the house is sold...Who would do that? Well it seems that some contractors use this as a way to pay their lost lawsuits.
Where do you find them: On the Preliminary Title Search and who pays them? The Seller of the property depending on the Transfer Fee.
