Rolling Hills Estates is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. The population was 7,676 at the 2000 census.

 On all the articles I read about the market, prediciting the market is usually done with a rear view mirror affect.
but in some markets like the south Bay the market is increasing from 2006 up to 14.3% as per the Daily Breeze. California Association of Realtors is predicting a 6% drop in the Los Angeles County Coastal areas but this does not necessarily mean the South Bay.

If you are self employed and file a schedule C always make sure you file electronically or if you mail your tax return send your return certified or receipt from the post office. I wish I would have done that. The statue of limitations on all audit tax returns are 3 years and according to the IRS I am just 2 mos. short of avoiding an audit. It just burns me up when I see Palos Verdes,Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes homeowners fall into the hands of a discount brokers. 
A home I watched came on in Rolling Hills Estates last month and of course it is still sitting.  The house was listed with a discount broker with a discount commission to the seling agent in our current buyer's market. The poor sellers don't know that the agents are not motivated to want to sell it, when they can go around the corner and get the same Rolling Hills Estates home for a higher commission to the selling agent. Especially in this market … (0 comments)
