senior housing: Manhattan Beach June, 2008 median home price up 49% - 08/12/08 12:27 AM
According to the Caifornia Assoc. of Realtors stats in June, 2008, prices are increasing in these 10 cities in California, including our own South Bay city of Manhattan Beach and our own San Gabriel Valley city of Temple City.
