There were not any homes sold in Glenmore during January or 2011 so we will just look at January 2012 figures.
January 2012 average list price $592,333.January 2012 average sale price $553,333.January 2012 median sold price $493,000.January 2012 %sold/list 93.41%.January 2012, 3 Glenmore homes sold.
