I love selling real estate it is without a doubt one of my passions. Another passion I have is antiques. I love repainting them, refinishing them, making them useful again. I have a few items on craigslist and received an email from a gentleman asking me if he could come and look at an antique dresser I had for sale.

illinois: Drive-in theater's. Are they still around? - 10/02/07 11:25 AM

I love the drive-in. The very first time I went to the drive-in I was about 3. Of course, I remember playing on the playground that was more important at 3 then actually watching the movie. What I do remember is seeing all my friends and their parents there on the weekends. Every weekend. I was born in 1953 so this was in 1956 and the old black and white films were what we watched. Let's all go to the movies.

illinois: Hot Chili Featured at 24th Annual Chili Cook-Off in Belleville, Illinois. - 09/25/07 12:41 AM

I don't know about you, but I love chili. To me it's an art form. I like mine spicy...not too spicy. Just right. If there's a chili cook off I'm there. Not to cook to taste. :)

I cannot wait to go to Apple Fest!! What great fun and a perfect excuse to make an apple pie. If you haven't taken the kids you should! It's great fun for the whole family. And don't forget about all the other wonderful events they have the next few months.
