I did another open house this weekend (last minute) for an agent in the same office.  Three people came and did not have agents. Wow!! This is becoming a trend and one I welcome whole heartedly. :) Only three you say!! Yes, but those three need an agent and were full of questions and it was a pleasure talking to them.

I have had some intriguing conversations with friends and acquaintances lately. Issues and concerns have been raised and I thought this would be a good platform to allow you to speak your mind and I will list this link on my main blog outside of AR.
I am curious to see how some of you will respond. I also received some great emails from four different homeowner's who are going the FSBO route and the saw the blog from yesterday FSBO lays down the law. Or so they think.

This is posted on my main blog outside of AR. I have had more emails with questions so I have decided to post this on AR as well to reach a wider audience. Some of the questions I have received are also about staging and mortgages...refinancing...so I will most likely have some professionals here on AR help me answer those questions for the consumers.
