February Housing Sales and Prices Fall in Wisconsin
David Clark, Economist for The Wisconsin REALTORS Association (WRA) reported this week that after a strong showing in January, home sales in Wisconsin (statewide) declined in February according to data just released by the WRA. Sales of existing homes fell 5.5 percent in February compared to the same month in 2010. The median home price was down more substantially, falling 13.3 percent to $117,000 over the same period, according to the report. Visit the WRA website to read the full report.

13th Annual Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 24th at Winnequah Park, Monona, WI - 04/19/11 10:26 PM

The 13th Annual Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Monona Parks & Recreation Department and the Monona Grove Optimist Club will be held at the Winnequah Park near the M.Y. Dream Park playground. this Saturday, April 23, at 10:00 am
Rain, Slush, Snow, or Ice, the event will still go on, and will be held indoors at the Monona Community Center. 
There will be candy, prized, lots of fun, and of course a visit from the Easter Bunny. 
The hunting grounds will be divided into separate areas for ages 1-3, 4-6, and 7-9 years.
