It is raining at Trilogy in Peoria Arizona.

This is a media event.  We have not seen measurable rain since last March.

Now the rooftops, trees, plants and roads will be dust free for a little while.

Trilogy has new construction solar powered homes in various stages of completion.  The solar roof tile are effectively placed taking advantage of Arizona's sun all year long.

Google products work.  I use GMail, Voice, Chrome, Contacts, Docs and have never been
disappointed.  I will try Google Chrome OS on my Vista Laptop, that ought to fix it!

I attended the live, online, Social Media Presentation by the National Association of Realtors 2009 in San Diego today.
It's always exciting to be in the bird's nest seat watching reactions, expressions and comments by the attendees.

I registered for access to the new site http://houselogic.com last night.  If you are a homeowner and enjoy money saving ideas about home ownership and do-it-yourself projects this site is great.  It also tries to customize the experience for your home by asking some specific quiestions.  The questions have value in the consumer experience.
HouseLogic.com is one of the online products for the consumer coming as a result of the BIG change in Real Estate online systems.
