How would you like to live in one of the top 100 cities in the U.S.? If you read the most recent issue of Money magazine, you already know that Mt. Airy is one of those cities. I knew the city I lived in was great, but I had no idea it was that great. Pre-selection critieria included size and multi-ethnicity, but other criteria focused on safety, job opportunities, education, sense of community. Mt. Airy Farmers Market My real estate partner and I had an enjoyable time last Wednesday at the Farmer's Market in Mt. Airy held at the Municipal Parking Lot in downtown Mt. Airy. The afternoon included entertainment furnished by Ed Caballero who also owns and runs the Vintage Coffee Shop. Ed and his partner sang and played acoustic instruments to the delight of the spellbound customers. It was hard to choose between the fresh fruits and vegetables and the delectable homemade baked goods.
