Buy low, sell high is something we've all heard before.  It's something we all plan on doing.  So why is it that few are engaged in the process?  I can tell you in one word.
 FEAR
Fear, that big, fat, ugly four letter word. 
When you listen to the news today, it does make you fearful to not only buy, but just even look!  So why don't we take the emotion out of buying, and look at it like any business man or woman would look at any buying decision.

Idaho has grabbed 4 spots in the Housing Predictor's Top 25 Appreciating US Markets for 2008!  Sun Valley shines at #5, Idaho Falls comes in at #11, Kellogg comes in at # 19, and Boise takes the #20 spot!  These 4 Idaho cities were picked out of 250 local Real Estate Markets with the greatest forecasted appreciation for 2008.  The 2007 Housing Predictor's forecasts were 86% correct.
 The top markets for 2008 were scattered all over the U.S., and no particular region dominated the charts.  Many smaller population markets made the forecast, showing a strong trend developing in the U.S.  More … (5 comments)

1.  Selection, selection, selection. There are over 6400 single family homes on the market in Ada and Canyon counties in Idaho. Regardless of your price range, there are plenty of houses from which to choose.
